Founder of Deschinny Communications in 2007, Dan has a 30+ year career in Telecommunications and Defense Electronics. He spent the last 10 years at the Navajo Nation managing Tower and Microwave radio projects including Microwave Network Operations. Dan is Navajo, originally from Pine Springs Arizona, and is Bit’ahnii Clan. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Arizona State University – Tempe, AZ, and an MBA from the University of Arizona – Tucson, AZ.
Duties include: Assessment, Planning, Design/Engineering, Project Build-out.

Crystal has a 30+ year career in Finance and Accounting. She has spent the past 18 years thriving in Tribal Government finance, policy, compliance, business, and economic development. Crystal is Forest County Potawatomi and Ho-Chunk. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from San Diego State University – San Diego, CA, an MA degree in American Indian Studies, and an MBA, both from the University of Arizona – Tucson, AZ.
Duties include: Financing and Strategic Planning.
